Based in Richmond, Virginia, Persistent Vision is a DIY record label focused on reissues of out of print classics and new releases alike, from across punk, hardcore and adjacent genres. We are passionate about both the music and the artwork, and take care in curating releases with quality art and thoughtful packaging.

Ordering Info
For questions about an order, please email persistentvisionrecords@gmail.com and include your order number in the subject.

Orders for in-stock items ship within 3-4 days. Our shipping options include USPS and UPS, which you can choose from during the checkout process. Customers will receive an email with tracking information when their order ships. If your order includes a T-shirt, please DO NOT select USPS Media Mail as your shipping option. This can only be used for records and cassettes.

If you placed a preorder, it will ship on or around the estimated ship date listed on the release page. If you ordered multiple pre-order items, please keep in mind that it will ship together in the same package when every item from your order is ready to ship. Keep an eye on our social media accounts and newsletter for updates or delays affecting the shipping date for preorders.

International Orders
For now, we're only able to ship to customers in North America, including United States, Canada, and Mexico. Customers outside North America can order our releases from Deathwish and Deathwish Europe.

Damaged & Lost Orders
If your order was damaged in shipping, please email us with your order # in the subject, and include photos of the mailer (clearly showing shipping label) and any damage to the record. We will submit a claim and do our best to get reimbursement to get you a replacement.
